Health Promotion Board’s Family Fun Time Roadshow | Families will learn about My Healthy Plate and walk away with a free Activity Kit through 3 simple steps. |
Marriage, Parenting and Grandparenting Programme Booths | Couples can learn how to strengthen their marriages and parents can be empowered in their parenting journey, with resources and tips through evidence-based programmes! Find out how you can sign up for the Positive Parenting Programme (Triple P) for parents (and grandparents), and the Prepare/Enrich Marriage Enrichment Programme. Family’s Food Bonds Challenge | Attention families! It’s bonding time, and we mean Food Bond. Form an adult-child pair and put your knowledge about food to good use. Fill the grid by connecting different food names through their first and last alphabets. |
